Distinguishing the church of God from the churches of the world

There are many churches in this world, but only one church of God. How are the churches of the world and the church of God different?

Studying at and being ordained by a man-made school of theology does not make you a pastor of God. Building a church and putting up a sign that says “Christian” on it does not make it God’s church. Not everyone who speaks from a pulpit is God’s pastor.

God’s church is the place from which the words of God come, while the churches of the world preach the words of the world (Jn 3:31-34). The place from which the words of God come is where the spirit of God can be found (Mt 10:20; 1 Jn 5:7). In the same way, the place from which the words of the world come is where the spirit of the world can be found. In other words, the church of God is where God and God’s words are. No matter how loudly a person claims to have been ordained as a pastor after graduating from a man-made theology school, if the words of the world are spoken there, it is nothing but one of the churches of the world. The words of God can only come from a place when God is present, which means that when God’s word is preached it provides evidence of God’s presence. When the words of the world are spoken at a particular church instead of the words of God, the words are evidence of the absence of God and of the presence of worldly spirits.

Congregation members who lack God’s word do so because their pastors lack God’s word. Pastors who lack the word do so because their theology schools lack the word. Theology schools that lack the word do so because they lack the holy spirit. Can anyone dispute this? God said that anyone who adds to or subtracts words from the Bible (especially Revelation) will be forbidden from entering heaven and will receive the plagues of Revelation (Rv 22:18-19). God also said that the word is light and life because the word is with God, the word is God, and because life is in the word (Jn 1:1-4).

Many pastors and theology professors are claiming that Shinchonji Church of Jesus is a cult. I would like these pastors and professors to take an exam about the Bible alongside our Shinchonji instructors. I would like everyone to see which of these two groups is truly with the holy spirit and whose words are really biblical. I would also like for some believers taught by Shinchonji instructors and some believers taught by these persecuting pastors to take an exam concerning only the Bible.

The congregation members of Shinchonji Church of Jesus have been sealed with the holy spirit and with the word of the revelation. We are mastering the Bible (1 Cor 2:10; Rv 7). Moreover, we can testify about the prophecies of the New Testament and their physical fulfillment. Who are the people referred to as the day and the night in 1 Thes 5? Who are the people of darkness and who are the people of light? We must verify this through the word, which is the light, the life, and the seed (Lk 8:11; Jn 1:1-4). To all who are defeated, let us find the one who overcomes so that we can learn to walk the path to salvation.

It is now time to unite in an understanding of the truth. Throw away your egotistic attachment to other human-beings and follow the will of the holy spirit. We should no longer tolerate lies engulfing the truth, evil spirits masquerading as holy spirits (2 Cor 11:14-15; 2 Thes 2:9-10), or death reigning over life (Rom 5:14). I am sure that if the pastors who are persecuting us had any confidence, they would come out and accept my challenge to take a Bible exam together instead of persecuting others behind in the shadows. The way to truth must no longer be blocked by evil (Mt 23:13).

The congregation members of Shinchonji and the one who overcomes, who is the promised pastor, are revealing the teachings of the Bible through the holy spirit so that everyone in the world can have a chance to receive salvation. The truth is God’s seed and God’s son (Lk 8:11); lies are Satan’s seed and Satan’s sons (Mt 13:38-39). This is why we must be born again through God’s seed and spirit to receive salvation and enter into heaven (Jn 3:5-7). Now is the time of the New Testament’s fulfillment (Rv 21:6); now is the time to believe in and act upon the promised words of God and Jesus so that we can receive salvation (1 Cor 15:1-2; Jas 2:17; Rv 12:7-11).
