Who are the called, chosen, and faithful followers who overcome mentioned in Rv 17:14?
The main reference for today is Rv 17:14.
Those who are called, chosen, and faithful in Rv 17:14 are the chosen people who were once captured by Babylon, the kingdom of demons (Rv 17 and Rv 18). They escape Babylon by hearing the voice of the Lamb. Revelation 18:4 states, “Come out of her, my people, so you will not take part in her sins and so you will not receive her plagues.” This is similar to what God did at the first coming when he came to Jesus according to prophecies. While God’s people were captured in Jerusalem and ruled over by the teachers of the law and the Pharisees (Mt 23:2), Jesus redeemed redeemed them and helped them escape (Mt 23:37).
Revelation 17:14 explains the events of the second coming, which is similar to the time of the first coming. Jesus chooses the one who overcomes in Rv 2 and Rv 3—the pastor with whom the counselor, the spirit of truth, dwells (Jn 14:16, 26). Jesus then speaks through through the lips of this chosen pastor. In doing so, Jesus delivers his congregation members who had been enslaved in Babylon.
Since the chosen people are dwelling in the kingdom of demons, we know their spirits are dead and that they belong to death. The one who overcomes speaks Jesus’ words on Jesus’ behalf to these people who are spiritually dead. Those who hear the words of life rise to live—they cross over from death to life (Jn 5:24-29). In other words, the spirits of those who hear the words of life resurrect. They escape Babylon to go to Jesus (Rv 17:14; Rv 18:4). Those who hear these words of life without understanding them will refuse to leave their own churches. They will continue to believe that their own churches are orthodox. These people will be destroyed along with Babylon.
This testimony is true because it is the testimony of the one who saw and heard the events of the physical fulfillment where they took place (Rv 1:2; Rv 22:16). Believers who truly believe in God and the book of Revelation, which is God’s word, will surely believe this testimony. They will verify the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, the characters that appear (i.e. the betrayers, the destroyers, and the savior), and the actions each of these characters performs in accordance with the Bible.

Believe the Bible = accept
Believe the Bible = accept the fulfillment and act according to it! The act of fleeing from Babylon, from the Holy Place, is something we must do at the time of Revelation if we want to be with Jesus who is in the Most Holy Place!
